Decorinyl® (active ingredient manufactured by Lipotec) contain 0.2% Tripeptide-10 Citrulline. Another trademarked active ingredient Trylagen™ PCB contain both Tripeptide 1 GHK (0.01%) and 0.04% Tripeptide-10 Citrulline.

Tripeptide-10 citrulline looks promising because it mimics a molecule that regulates collagen fibers. As we get older, decorin (the molecule in question) activity declines. The peptide, tripeptide-10 citrulline, behaves like decorin which is a proteoglycan responsible for fibrillogensis control of collagen fibers in skin. Tripeptide-10 Citrulline has proved to regulate fibrillogenesis, control collagen fibril growth and increase skin suppleness, due to a better cohesion of collagen fibers which provides higher resiliency, improving skin appearance.
